The novel methodology for low-dose radiation effects detecting in a person been developed that uses assessing of antioxidant system status. The efficiency of such an approach was demonstrated by means of program mathematical simulation upon inner or outer radiation source disposition and common or partial body irradiation considering nuclides' spectra. On the ground of the created bioinformatics models analysis a draft structure of biosensor DSP-using device is proposed, which provides data processing and storing or transferring through PC-compatible interface.
