Head Tchumack Igor Grygorovytch, Registration Date 27-03-2007 Organization The Odesse state acasemy of refrigeration popup.description2 The analysis of the informationon functioning a refrigerating facilities in the countries of EEC, and Ukraine has shoun, that the condition of systems of storage of food stocs in official statistical and scientific-technical publications practically is not considered.The basic system parameters of a condition of a refrigerating facilities which are considered in publications, are volumes of use of ecologically dangerous refrigerating agents. The significant part of normative documents in the field of refrigerating engineering and technology is developed by conducting machine-building companies and directed on increase of use of production of these companies in the countries of the world. It testifies that there is a global strategy of development of the refrigerating sphere, directed on protection of interests of conducting companies, and territorial, directed on maintenance of needs of separate regions. Consideration of typical norms of operation of industrial refrigerators has shown. that normative parameters of the industrial rules do not take into account a condition of moral both physical deterioration , and design features of building designs and coing systems. It conducts to gradual increase of the common expenses of energy and losses of production, and to simultaneous increase of ecological danger. Data processing has allowed to establish dependence between poer expenses, losses of production and capacity of separate refrigerators in view of a degree of their moral and physical deterioration. Results of inspections have allowed to draw a conclusion, that principal causes of increase expenses of energy and losses of production are increase infiltration external air in cooled premises, deterioration building and insulation designs, ventilating systems. and also infringement of tightness of doorways. The analysis of 114 standarts and normative documents which legislatively operate in Ukraine ] is executed. Normative documents and standarts ASHRAE and IIR which regulate conditions of development of a refrigerating facilities are considered and operate in the countries of EEC [ standarts of a series Building Codes( SBCCI, ICBO,NCS BCS etc.); standarts of a series Cleanrooms (NEBB etc.); Coils(ARI-410-87), Cooling Towers (ANSI/NEPA 214-1988, CTI STD-201-1986 etc.);standarts of series Energy, Freezers, Insulation, Refrigeration etc.]. Are considered questions of enfluence on an environment (ДБН А 2.2-1-2003; ГОСТ 2.001-93; ГОСТ 2.004-88 etc.), and questions of economy of energy (ВНТП 03-86; ВНТП 02-85; ДСТУ БА 1.1-5-94; ДСТУ БА 1.1 -10-94: дСТУ БВ 2.7-38-95;ГОСТ 25891-83; ГОСТ 25898-83; ГОСТ 26253-84 etc.), ecological and food safety (СанПиН 42-123-4117-86; СанПиН 2.3.2.1324-03;ГОСТ 2601-95 ЕСКД; ДБН Д 2.6-6-2000; ДБН Д2.3-7-99 etc.). International standarts ARI (700-ARI, 820-95-ARI, 740-95-ARI, 810-95-ARI etc.) and ASHRAE ( 33-1978-R; 23-1978-R; 129P etc.), which adjust questions supply with refrigeration and the safety precautions, methods of testing and tests of refrigerating machineries were investigated. The analysis of the information has allowed to define the main criteria of an estimation of object of a refrigerating facilities to modern requirements energetical, ecological and food safety: - the established specific capacity, kw/o.m.v; - specific expenses of energy on manufacture of a cold, kw/kw; a degree of an obsolescence of the design decision in the comparison with parameters of the newest design decisions of similar objects; - a degree of physical deteriorationof buildingdesigns and a refrigerating machinery concerning effective standarts (thermal resistance of protections, infiltration air etc.), technological equality cargo spaces.
