For the first time the conception of pathogenesis of intracerebrocomplicated cerebral stroke was formulated and diagnostic criteria were worked out. Conception considers polyfactorial influence of intracerebral complications in acute period of cerebral stroke. It was revealed that intracerebral complications connected pathogenetically with cerebral stroke, but sometimes do not belong to its structure.The aim of the study was to work out effective methods of treatment of patients with intractable epilepsy; to study efficacy of novel antiepileptic drugs Lamictal and Topamax and use of embryonal neural tissue in resistant epilepsy forms. 100 patients with resistant epilepsy forms and 20 healthy persons were examined using biochemical study. Positive influence of laser therapy, reamirine and antihomotoxic drugs in complex treatment of patients with resistant epilepsy was investigated for the first time.
