Aim of investigation: to estimate the clinico-morphological and molecular-genetic especialities of chronic myeloproliferative disoders in persons suffered after the ChNPP accident. Methods of investigation: clinical, morphological, cytogenetic, molecular, immunological and mathematical. Results of investigation: in CML patients suffered after the ChNPP accident the chronic stage of disease characterised by hyperplastic syndrome, subleukemic leukocytosis (till 14,5 Г/л), numerous qualitative changes of granulocytes and increasing of bone tissue fibrosis. In OMF patints with chronic stage of disease suffered after comlex of negative factors of ChNPP accident the number of leukocytes is significantly higher than in non irradiated persons. Hystology revealed the significant changes of bone tissue architecture and high level of fibrosis in irradiated persons in comparison with non iarradiated patients. In CML patients the number of functioned, hyposegmented and micromegakariocytes was increased with simultaneous decrising of hypersegmented MGKC characterised the bone marrow fibrosis. Cytogenetic investigation revealed the presence of Ph' chromosome in all investigated CML patients. The transcript b3a2 was revealed in almost all CML clean-up workers (79,6%), The transcripts b3a2 and b2a2 were revealed in patients of the opposite group in frequancy with 1:1. In almost all investigated persons the transcript with molecular mass 210 KDa was revealed, the transcript with molecular mass 210 KDa and the transcript with molecular mass 190 кДа in 3 cases was founded. In imatinib treated CML patients wih chronic stage of disease the number of CD95 positive lymphocytes was significantly increased both with the presence of heterogenous changes of protein bcl-2 expression. The number of early apoptotic lymphocytes was significantly decrised, the number of late apoptotic lymphocytes wasn't revealed. The granulocyte population characterised by the absence of sigificant number of CD95+ cells and the early and late apoptotic cells. Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
