Description

The investigation subject - peripheral blood serum of acute irradiation syndrome convalescents and laboratiry rats brain. Investigation methods - EPR-spectroscopic, biochemical, mathematical and statictical. The investigation aim was learnt of propertes paramagnetic and magnetic organical and mineral systems in fresh tissue of bioligical object (blood and brain); the study of infiuence mechanisms irradiation onand mineral systems in fresh tissue of bioligical tissue. The method of prepatation blood samples and brain tissue for EPR investigations are work out. The EPR-spectroscopy rat brain samples under room temperature are carried out. The magnetic well-ordered mineral elements have solid strutura are established.
