Subject of work: the phenomena of modification of electrophysical parameters thin metal films and heterostructure on their basis under the influence of atomic hydrogen. Essence of process of research: research of physical processes and mechanisms of interaction of atomic hydrogen with thin metal films with different properties and heterostructure on their basis by measurement of their basic electrophysical parameters. It is shown, that under action of atomic hydrogen there is a change of conductance of thin metal films (N і, Ag, Cu, Al). It is revealed, that change of conductance depends on conditions of processing. Processes which are responsible for change of conductance are revealed and investigated: dispersion, dissolution of hydrogen in volume of a film, a warming up, processes of updating of structure. Dependence of proceeding processes on temperature of samples and film's manufacturing techniques is experimentally revealed.Modes of processing of samples for purposeful changes and optimization of their parameters are chosen.
