Analysis of design decisions and normative documents have shown, that practically all refrigerators are constructed on standard projects УкрГПНИИСХ, УкрГИПРОТОРГ (Kiev, Ukraine), ГПНИИСельПром (the Eagle, г, Krasnodar, the Russian Federation), the HYPROTENDER, ГИПРОМясоМолПром (Moscow, the Russian Federation), УзГИПроТорг, УзМКПроект, the HYPROTENDER (Tashkent, Uzbekistan), КазГИПроТорг (Alma-Ata, Kazakhstan). Individual projects also were developed on the basis of typical. The analysis of a refrigerating meat-milk facilities has shown the industries, that its most part refrigerators capacity make of 1000-5000 tons constructed under individual projects in development of this branch. In a fishing industry capacity of refrigerators in most cases exceeds 2000 tons, and they also are executed under individual projects. Now in meat-milk the industries in working order are industrial refrigerators (60-65 % of the common capacity of branch). In the most crisis condition there is a refrigerating facilities of a fishing industry where the turnover of goods has decreased almost in 7 times. The analysis of design decisions and a real condition of trading refrigerators, testifies to presence of the tendency of transition from wholesale refrigerators of the big capacity to rapid building chambers and refrigerators capacity of 25-100 tons that contradicts the state interests energy storage. The analysis of activity of transport corridors has shown, that transit transportations are carried out, basically, without use of objects of a domestic refrigerating network. Consideration of design decisions and results of researches OSAR has allowed to establish dependence of a level technological isotropnessfrom properties of production and character of structure of cargo space, and also such as cooling systems and building constructions. Experimental researches of this dependence and its correction according to real non-stationary conditions allows to carry out an estimation of a technological level of storage. Obtained data confirm, that in most cases design decisions have become outdated and modernization demand. The received results confirm a urgency of the given work and expediency of creation of the program of optimum development of system of storage and regulation of a condition of a refrigerating facilities on the basis of application of energy-technological audit and certification of working refrigerating objects.
