The purpose of the work is to investigate the binding of actinocine derivative ActII with DNA in the presence of competing ligands, influence of рН on serum albumin and freezing on blood serum, to determine the molecular mechanisms of interactions of model lipid membranes with 1,2,3,4-tetrahydropyrimido[1,2-?]benzimidazol-2-on. Methods: UV-VIS-spectrophotometry, low frequency conductivity method, microwave dielectrometry, microcalorimetry, fluorescence spectroscopy. Study of binding of theophylline to calf thymus DNA in presence of competing dyes was carried out. The thermodynamic binding parameters were obtained. Theophylline is more active then caffeine as acceptor of planar biologically active molecules in the solution. This fact should be taken into account if one use these substances together in medicine and biology. In the work the molecular mechanismes of influence of pH on electroconductivity of bovine serum albumin (BSA) solutions was investigated. It was obtained that the phenomenon is determinated by the proton conductivity on a surface of protein macromolecules which bound with lowering of the protein hydration up to a critical level. The influence of slow freezing on cord blood serum of man was studied. It is established that after slow freezing to -20 ?C and -80 ?C grow a quantity of binding water in the serum, which can be caused by loosening the surface of proteins. Furthermore, it is shown that with some freezing regimes occurs the dehydration of the biomacromolecules of cord blood serum. Rapid freezing less affects blood serum. The molecular mechanismes of interaction of new drug for pharmacological correction of insuline resistance - 1,2,3,4-tetrahydropyrimido[1,2-?]benzimidazol-2-on with model membranes were investigated. The theprmodynamic parameters of complexformation in Langmure model were obtained. Results of the research can be used for the andvanced of treatment methods of desease and optimization of cryoconcervations biological objects.
