In a case when the system of the differential equations of movement supposes a linear-fractional first integral of the Poisson equations, the existence conditions of three linear invariant relations are discovered. The general problem of a rigid body dynamics with two linear invariant relations is resolved in a class of the second order polynomials. On the basis of the Jacobi theory of an integrating factor it is studied three cases of an integrability of the differential Kirchhoff equations under existence condition of one linear invariant relation.
