In the given work new classes of precession movements' gyrostat under the influence of potential and gyroscopic forces which are described by Kirchhoff-Poisson equations are offered. New cases of an integrability of these equations are received. Cases of an integrability of Grioli-Puasson equations generalizing the Kirchhoff equations and a variant when the Kirchhoff differential equations suppose a linear invariant relation are considered also. The method of precession movements research applied in work has reduced to an establishment of new classes of such movements that is especially significant for research of precession movements of a general type.
