The purpose of work - studying and analysis of world experience of creation and application of automatic control systems (ACS) of movement of self-propelled underwater devices (SUD) with use of elements of an artificial intellect (neural regulators) with development of offers concerning creation of system of automatic control by movement of the underwater device-selector on the basis of neural regulators. Methods of research – studying and the analysis of world experience of creation and application ACS by movement of underwater devices, problems, yaks on them rely; development of mathematical model of spatial movement of the search independent self-propelled underwater device as object of management which functions in conditions of external indignations; development of mathematical model of the functioning, the generalized algorithm of work and structure SAU spatial movement SUD; Developmentof algorithms and program modules SAU in conditions of external indignations with application of the theory of an artificial intellect, indistinct logic that of artificial neural networks. Mathematical model of search independent self-propelled underwater device spatial movement is developed.
