Chemical and technological foundations of modification of technical oils have been developed for obtaining base plastic paste intended for many functions. This paste serves as the basis of producing every type of lubricating-cooling agents for metal treatment. The compositions of processing oil compossitions, main and intermediate reagents have been established. The technological parameters of processes have been optimized. The model of the process, the technological scheme, the operations of producing typical lubricating-cooling agents have been created. Trials have been conducted, and on this basis the technical conditions, the regulation of productions, the expert conclusions have been worked out.
