Diagnostics of traumatic damages of lower jaw, use of modern methods of treatment of breaks is improved. It is set that during conducting of osteosinthesis of lower jaw it follows to give advantage titanic miniplates without coverage and covered the oxide of aluminium, and at the conservative method of treatment - on by a tooth to the steel tires. Application in complex medicinal treatment of patients with the opened breaks of lower jaw of antihistamin preparations of the second and third generations and surgical sanation of cavity of mouth allows to normalisation the level of microbic sensibilisation, state of local unspecific resistance of organism, reduces the number of posttraumatic inflammatory complications, allowed to reduce the terms of stay of patients in permanent establishment.
