Syndromology of motor syndromes of CNS perinatal pathology was worked out on basis of complex clinico-paraclinical examination of 110 infants under 1 year; significant correlation between degree of cervical spine changes and clinical symptomatology of motor locomotive syndromes was determined. On basis of echoencephalographic and cervicospondylographyc investigations with functional tests 10 perinatal motor separate and integrated syndromes were described for the first time; classification of cervicospondylographyc changes of the spine in sick children and differential-diagnostic criteria of motor syndromes in newborns were worked out.5635
