Object of study - patients with refractory forms of malignant lymphomas. Objective of study - to determine the diagnostic and prognostic value of the molecular changes in cancer cells of patients with refractory forms of malignant lymphomas and to develop the methods of treatment depending on levels of these changes. Methods of study - clinical, hematological, morphological, imunohistochemical, radiological, statistical. To asses not only clinical, but also immunohistochemical prognostic markers of the disease while primary diagnoses and to assign the group of primary refractive patients. This group need more aggressive scheme of polychemiotherapy in the first line of treatment to achieve a complete response. Field of use - oncology.
