The aim of this work is to increase effectiveness of treatment not treated high risk patients with Hodgkin's lymphomas by the most priductive combinations of polychemotherapy. Methods of investigations and equipment: morphological, immunohistochemistry, clinical, statistic, USI "Aloca" , CT. Authors worked out the complex of clinical, biochemical markers of prognosis of Hodgkin's lymphoma. It was figured out the protocols of the treatment of high risk patients with Hodgkin's lymphoma. These protocols have been introduced into the clinical practice. It appears, that the treatment of high risk patients with Hodgkin's lymphoma with BEACOPP-14 and BEACOPP-escalated is high effective methods of treatment of this disease (overall response rate is 100%). The presence of factors of unfavorable prognosis is substantiation for specific treatment depending on risk group. Recent results showed no scientifically more effectiveness of one of these regimens (BEACOPP-14, BEACOPP-esc.). The toxicity of treatment with BEACOPP-14 or BEACOPP-esc.mostly is due to hematological toxicity. Organic toxicity is not expressed very much. Concomitant treatment (GSF, erytropoethins, antibiotics) allow reducing complications of chemotherapy in mostly cases. Authors have shown the prognostic role of polymorphism of the gene glutation-S-transpherase P1. There are more women with I-II stages of Hodgkin's lymphomas with homozygote genotype GSTP1 Ile/Ile.
