Purpose of research work - to work out modern methodological principles of management of personnel for the increase of efficiency of activity of organizations, foresaw realization of researches after next directions: generalization of experience of domestic and foreign scientists from a theory and practice of management of personnel determination of tendencies of modern management; to ground a requirement in the use of kouching, as modern style of management human capitals, to work out methodological principles of management of personnel; recommendations are in relation to the specific of motivation of labour, forming of human capital, training of personnels. In the process of implementation of research work the methods of scientific research of theoretical and empiric levels are used, namely: approach of the systems, analysis of the systems of processes, structural synthesis. As a result of the conducted research methodological principles of management of personnel, and also formed recommendations, are worked out in relation to the necessity of the use of коучингу, motivation of labour management and creation of favourable terms of labour conflicts. A practical value consists in development of approaches in relation to application in new economic realities of management of personnel for the substantial increase of efficiency of administrative activity on the enterprises of Ukraine.
