Numerical analysis of conditional thickness behavior of butt boundary layer depending on compressor operating regime has been carried out. Parameter criteria are chosen and regressive model of expediency assessment of installation of any rotary device for increasing machine efficiency is made. Computation tests at objects have proved model adequacy.
