First scientifically grounded expedience of the use and composition of fatty compositions for making of the moist mixed fodders for home zoons. The new method of production of the moist mixed fodders for lady-cats, kittens and cats, by extruding, growing and sifting of mixture of corn components, cleaning and growing of mixture of uncorn components, creation of fatty compositions and introduction of browned vegetables into meat and fish raw mate-rial with formation of the canned pate mass, which allows to get the moist mixed fodders of enhanceable feed value, was grounded in theory and experimentally. Chemical composition, physical and functional properties of the extruded mixtures of corn components and moist mixed fodders as pate mass are studied, influences of their water-retaining ability and fat-retaining ability on a structure and quality of the moist mixed fodders are set. Scientifically grounded and developed the mode of sterilization of the moist mixed fodders for lady-cats, kittens and cats, which provides necessary lethal-ity and microbiological stability of the canned product. Indexes of microbiological qual-ity of the moist mixed fodders during storage are defined first, the possibility of the use of the moist mixed fodders, mine-out after the developed recipes and improved technol-ogy, in feeding of laboratory and home zoons is scientifically grounded. The project of normative document is developed on the new types of the moist mixed fodders for lady-cats, kittens and cats, "The mixed moist fodders for lady-cats", and the developed recipes and technology entered into the collection "Innovative devel-opments of the Odesa national academy of food technologies". The improved technology of production of the moist mixed fodders for lady-cats, kittens and cats, is inculcated and approved pilot-scale production of LTD "Kit Plus".
