Relation of gelatinolytic activity of different Irpex lacteus strains from temperature and time of cultivating was researched. Implemented comparative analysis of milk coagulating enzymes produced by strain M-81 Hirschiooporus laricinus in dependence of storage time (10 years) of this strain. Received results don't show any significant difference in the level of milk-coagulating activity of this strain. It was appeared that adding of preserved blood to nutrient medium proceed synthesis of trombolytic enzymes by B-02 and B-04 I. lacteus strains during cultivation. It was shown that strain B-04 produce in cultural liquid cellulolytic enzymes when it cultivated on Chapek-nutrient medium with filter paper as sole source of carbon. This enzymes display maximum of their activity on twentieth day of cultivation under temperature 35°C. Pectinolytic activity of cultural liquid of the different strains of I. lacteus and Coriolus sinuosus being cultivated on the nutrient medium with apricot and pine sawdusts was researched. Single-spore cultures from natural isolates of Pleurotus ostreatus, selected on the first stage of single-spore selection, was received. Sexual compatibility between natural isolates of P.ostreatus was tested. 16 heterocaryons with different genetic status (A1B1 х A2B2, A1B2 х A2B1) was received in time of interbreeding of compatible homocaryons of P.ostreatus.
