Research purpose: increase of efficiency of work of press equipment for dividing processes on the basis of development of methods of calculation and development of new construction of executive wedgebar mechanism press. Research methods: mathematical design, method of eventual elements, methods of tenzometrirovaniya. Theoretical and practical results: new scientific and technical developments are executed on perfection, to subsequent development of methods of the automated calculation and planning press equipment with a wedgebar mechanism as it applies to dividing processes and on this basis the aktual'nye tasks of increase of efficiency of work of equipment at providing of quality of purveyances and economy of financial resources are decided. Expedience of application is grounded in presses for realization of dividing processes of treatment pressure of wedgebar mechanism with a concave wedge in which the graph of change of force of ladening is most close to the technological model graph of change of force at . Novelty: Got subsequent development of conformity to the law and connection of the power modes of dividing technological operations of treatment pressure with kinematics and dynamic descriptions press with a wedgebar mechanism, set on power executive part press; expedience of application is first grounded in a press equipment for the dividing operations of treatment of materials pressure of wedgebar mechanism with a concave wedge which provides the change of force deformation on all of way of loading, in accordance with the graphs of forces of technological dividing operations.
