The condition of the project of the physiotherapeutic help is analysed. And the basis directions of strengthen and improvement of physiotherapeutic service of contry are developed. The project of the Orders of Ministry of Health of Ukraine "About the organisation of sanatorium treatment of children"; "About the organisationon and opening of rehabilitational units for children after radical treatment of oncolocic pathology" are framed. The Clinical reports of sanatorium treatment of children (excert tubercular) are developed. Working out of standards of early sanatorium treatment (with open sheet of a temporary invalidity) for adult population it has been begun.
