Matter of the work: to determine epidemic characteristics of HIV/GG in PS; to improve therapy for HIV/GH in PS; ME, AtD and TAD considering immune damages; to find out epidemiological and clinic-immunological characteristics and offer a correction therapy. Methods of the investigation: epidemiological, clinical, biochemical, immunological, bacteriological, bacterioscopic, statistical. During the implemented investigations there was determined a regularity about damages of hormonal and cellular links of immune system depending on duration and severity degree of HIV/GH in PS; МЕ, АtD and TAD. There was developed a differentiated usage of medicines with immune correcting, anti-allergic and anti-inflammatory mechanisms of therapeutic action in complex treatment of patients, which leads to reduction of complications and relapses.
