Object of research - methods of restoration of internal structure of three-dimensional bodies. The stage purpose is working out and research of three-dimensional and four-dimensional mathematical models of Radon's computer tomography (РКТ) and a magnitno-resonant computer tomography (МРТ) which are under construction by means of the tomograms received from really operating computer tomographs, and inetflatation function operators. The prompt increase in quantity of researches in the field of a tomography is connected with its possibility «to glance in object», not cutting it. Widely known the tomography became thanks to occurrence and improvement of medical tomographs (first of all, x-ray). Despite considerable successes in a computer tomography, practical realisation tomographic method in the form of x-ray and magnitno-resonant computer tomographs is still far from an optimality. One of the principal causes confirming such statement, insufficiently proved quantity of projections (Radon data) which is used by modern tomographs for object restoration in the set section (i.e. the irradiation dose is unreasonable) is. The second reason consists that modern computer tomographs at object restoration in the set section show on screens of displays artefacts - unusual real объету structures - shades, an image illegibility etc. In work the state-of-the-art review of methods of the decision of three-dimensional problems of a computer tomography is passed. New methods of restoration of internal structure of three-dimensional bodies which consists in use of the tomograms arriving from a computer tomograph, and interflatation operators are developed. Tomograms are considered located on three groups of the crossed planes. These methods allow to clean occurrence of artefacts, to reduce a dose of an irradiation and to increase accuracy of diagnosing on tomographs. The method of restoration of dynamic internal structure of a three-dimensional body is developed also, i.e. the four-dimensional mathematical model is developed.
