Subject of research - definition of individual and socially significant characteristics of the individual (student high school) in their personal development dynamics during learning activities in high school. The purpose of research - identifying key factors that provide social and psychological support of students' personal development in the contemporary psychological and educational technology of education,development of methodological recommendations on the optimal interaction of different forms of teaching staff and students. In the process of research topics hypothesis is proved: creation of the optimal conditions of social and psychological support of students' of high school, by educational facilities, psychodiagnostic, psychotherapeutic and correctional work, involving active interaction which promote development of students as future specialist and developed personality. During the study performed the following tasks: - Identified the main factors and trends in the student's personality in contemporary psychological and educational technology of education; - Installed a system of effective social and cultural space of the high school, impact on develop independence, initiative, skills of self-education students in self-learning process. - Monitored the dynamics of the managerial qualities of students, conducting educational activities to promote professional motivation, skills for effective interaction, self-confidence, emotional culture, socio-psychological competence of future professionals; - A general model of socialization of high school student in modern psychological and educational technology of education; - Created and running the Psychological Service in Kyiv International University in Institute of Psychology and Pedagogy; - Guidelines for the optimum system of psychological and pedagogical support personal development of students of high school; - Had implemented by trained teaching facilities, lecture courses, teaching methods and education, training activities, consultations and psychotechnology which based Pychological Service, manuals, articles, reports, speeches at the international and national conferences and the media.
