In the process of carrying the experiment there were made pedagogical observations of the course of training process, competitions, control of physical load and functional state of sportsmen of different kinds of sports. The level of physical abilities development, technical preparedness and functional state was estimated according to informational and reliable tests for every kind of sports. Mathematical statistical method includes the definition of average indices, standard mistake, standard deviation, correlation analysis. Trustworthiness of the researches was defined with the help of Student's t-criteria.
