The aim of this work is to increase effectiveness of treatment not treated high risk patients with Hodgkin's lymphomas by the most priductive combinations of polychemotherapy. Methods of investigations and equipment: morphological, immunohistochemistry, clinical, statistic, USI "Aloca" , CT. Authors worked out the complex of clinical, biochemical markers of prognosis of Hodgkin's lymphoma. Treatment of 81 patients with LH of high risk group was conducted by developed protocols. 51 patients with LH from high risk group who received ABVD regimen were analysed Appeared that treatment of high risk patients with BEACOPP-14 or esc by protocols is effective (effectiveness 100%). Regimen The toxicity of BEACOPP-14 is higher than BEACOPP-esc due to hematologic toxicity. Often complications are thrombocytopenia and anemia 3-4 gr.Supportive therapy with G-CSF and eritropoetin allow to fulfill the protocols of treatment. According to the results of analysis on 60 patients there are no correlation between polymorphism of GSTP1 and the risk of HD.
