The aim of this work is to increase effectiveness of treatment not treated high risk patients with Hodgkin's lymphomas by the most priductive combinations of polychemotherapy. Methods of investigations and equipment: morphological, immunohistochemistry, clinical, statistic, USI "Aloca" , CT. Authors worked out the complex of clinical, biochemical markers of prognosis of Hodgkin's lymphoma.
