The algorithmical support of input and intermediate data structures are also developed, that are necessary for technological equipment (TE) layout task fulfillment, in particular the algorithms of forming "Full workpiece movement route" array, "workpiece setting parameters array", TE "settings composition array", "cycle trajectory" array etc. The algorithmical support of FMC TE layout task is developed (including algorithms of seeking optimal TE layout variant by FMC height and depth, TE placing algorithms along trajectory of interaggregate movement, TE coordinates and IR trajectory points counting algorithms etc.) and auxiliary tasks also. The algorithmical support of seeking optimal variant of TE servicing strategy and LS optimal variant on composed set of layout variants and TE servicing variants is developed. The algorithmical support of IR manipulation system (MS) analysis and movement simulation is developed, and software of IR MS individual movement degrees simulation considering basis manipulation system (BMS) dynamics is developed. The mathematical and algorithmical basis of solving the task of IR MS movements in space with obstacles are formed. The algorithmical basis of a priori taking into account the IR BMS dynamic characteristics during programmed movement planning is developed.
