At the recent years abrupt changes are occurring to environmental conditions, which favorable for some species and harmful for others. Agriculture makes significant negative impact of environment on Azov Sea area, which is causing reduce the species diversity of meadow, steppe plants and aboriginal communities. It is causing to accelerated succession of aquatic ecosystems due to irrigation. Domination of agricultural communities, using of chemical pesticides and mineral fertilizers is causing high mortality level of wild animals on the wide open spaces. This all with the climatic conditions has determined the amount of animals in many places. The algae are doing the essential role in the processes of the soil reproduction at the industrial areas. This is proving appropriateness using their in monitoring of contaminated lands
