Object of research - machines and equipments of the different setting. Methods of research - development of mathematical models, experimental devices and leadthrough of experiments. Theoretical and practical results - the executed information retrieval on adjusting of gaps in mobile connections, a few examples of the wedge and hydraulic adjusting of gaps are found, projected the experimental settings and conducted research of possibility of the use of stratified and tubed rams. Novelty - on the basis of scientific analysis and researches structural and technical decisions were found on the increase of exactness, reliability and longevity of mobile connections, in the process of exploitation of machines. It is arrived at by introduction of the special devices on adjusting of gaps by wedge and hydraulic regulators. Developments of the automated regulators are executed. The developed charts of devices are on automatic control of gaps. Efficiency of introduction - job performances will be allowed by diminishing of gaps in cylinder connections of details of machines, where a friction is in the process of their exploitation. Gaps during life of machine will be supported on a necessity levels, exactness of machines will not diminish during a considerably greater term, than existing. An application domain is production of machines and equipment, repair and technical maintenance of pumps, compressors and hydraulic systems.
