Subject of study: innovational processes in the methodology of scientific and social cognition and their techniques. The aim of the research is to analyze innovational processes within the methodology of scientific and social cognition, tracing and elaborating due technologies. The following tasks were accomplished in order to reach goals and to check working hypotheses: - theoretical and methodical basis of innovational processes research within the methodology and technology of scientific and social cognition; - the specific features of innovational processes are defined; - the fundamental problems of scientific and social cognition are specified. The methods of study: Theoretical methods: systematic analysis, analysis and synthesis of scientific and methodological literature by home and foreign researchers, ascension from the abstract to the specific, induction, deduction. Empirical methods: content analysis, expert survey, observation, methodology and technology of complex social and cultural research. The obtained scientific results. For the first time in Ukrainian social and philosophical thought the complex study of innovational processes within the methodology and technology of scientific and social cognition is accomplished. The relevance of the elaboration of the theoretical and methodological basis for the linguistic time is grounded to facilitate accomplishing pragmatic and projective tasks within the philosophy of education. The specific features of the educational humanism values in the context of globalization are defined. The reciprocal influence of Ukrainian political mentality and political modernization of society. The range of notions helping to research the mentioned issues ("new social and cultural reality", "social and religious reality", "social and cultural multifarious linguistic environment", "mutual social and cultural adaptation", "linguistic time", "political mentality", "educational humanism", "multidimensional thinking" and others) are introduced into scientific usage. The methodological principles of "the new social and cultural reality" as the systematic aspect of evaluation of modern and postmodern changes and the basis of social and cultural structuring of society are elaborated.
