Influence of creative features on formation of a specialist during his training in University. Elaborate a psychological model of creative stipulation in the context of modern educational technologies. Methods of investigation: theoretical - analysis, generalization and systematization of science theoretical slants and empirical results; empirical - observation, interview, analysis of activity products, tests. Statistical methods: correlation analysis (Spearmen's test), comparative analysis, determination the veracity of the differences (Student's t-test). Statistical analysis of results were done by computer program SPSS v 13,0 for Windows; methods of interpretation - genetic and structural. Science originality. - for the first time the structure of visual creativity were explained: productivity of visual hypothesis, visual originality and strategic semantic flexibility; - age features of creativity were investigated. Dynamics of develop creative personality and its components were elucidated. - relationships of visual, verbal and personal creativity were elucidated. - the influence of computer technologies on evolution of visual creativity were established. Conclusions can be used by psychology professionals in University, theory and practice of professional education for development of psychological and pedagogical investigations, improve professional training of graduate students, masters, students by implementing new special courses and special seminars, background for diplomas and dissertations. Effectiveness of implementing. Result approbation of investigation were made at three research international conferences named by "Cognitive processes and creativity".
