The purpose of work consists of teory methodology and methodic ground of the pedagogical system forming the personality of social teacher. Research methods: theoretical and empiric. The theoretical value of research consists of the development and introduction of conception of future social teachers' preparation by the way of innovative technologies, which is based on a polifunctional paradigma: fundamental education, humanitarization,humanization and informatization. The practical value of work lies in the realization of method of future social teachers professional competence formation.It takes into account the requirements of state standards of higher education and requirement of European credit - transfer system (EKTS). Scientific novelty of research. Pedagogical terms, providing professional and social-communicative competence formation, social-valued orientations and professional creation, and also the readiness to subject professional activity, to projective activity and to organization of researching activity with the use of informative-communicational technologies are defined and realized.The levels of professional competence of future social teachers are described on such criterias: to the theoretical competence, organizational competence and projective competence; specific principle of social student initiatives is inculcated in scientific everyday life; facilities of innovative technologies are grounded, grouped in the classes of the personality-oriented technologies, practically-oriented technologies and of informative-communicational technologies. Research results are inculcated in the educational process of the South-Ukrainian national pedagogical university named after K.D. Ushinskiy. Area of the use: in the system of higher education.
