The structure, phase state, geometrical parameters, continuity, microhardness of complex coating which was obtained by electrosparking alloyage and laser process and vacuum ion-plasma coatings were investigated. The main phases of electrosparking coating which was obtained of electrode alloy system Fе-Мn-С-В-Si-Cr-Li are -Fe, Fe3(C,B), Fe2B, Fe3(Si,B). The basis of vacuum ion-plasma condensates which were obtained of Ті and Ni cathodes are ТіN, Fe (Ni), Ni (Fe), mechanical mixture ТіN and Ni, Ni3Т; which were obtained of Mo and Ni cathodes are Мо, Мо2N, Ni, Ni (Мо), Мо (Ni), Ni4Мо.
