It was determined that the G. rubripertincta UKM Ace-122 surfactants consist of trehalosolipids, peptides or aminolipids, neutral lipids and carotenoids. The surface tension of surfactant solution of G. rubripertincta UKM Ac-122 strain was 33.2 mN / m. It was shown that the EPC is an effective emulsifier (E24 89.2%), consisting of polysaccharide, which contain two components (50 and 73 kDa) as well as lipids and proteins.
