The sources of formation of funds of the enterprises of APK are a target of investigation. The accounting scheme of current obligations is characterized. The accounting is short-term loans and the controls over current commitments are discussed, their modern structure and composition according to the APK enterprises of fish industry are presented. The features of automated accounting of credit transactions are presented .The features of formation and accounting of equity capital of the enterprise are considered. The aggregate capital of the enterprises is characterized and the analysis of sources of its forming is produced. The main guidelines to improve sources under discussion and their optimization for APK enterprises are shown. The results of HUP(NER) can be used and tried out in economic activity of the enterprises of fish industry.
