It is determined that the anthropological turn in philosophy of the early twentieth century led to the transformation of the classical understanding of the subject and led to dynamic social changes that caused the person to free prescriptions of self-realization. This places the demand of reproduction (sustainable) development, and its factors can be traced in the "pragmatic practice" or creating a new global communication space that could be possible due to public use of reason and the formation of the appropriate discursive and ethical practices. This is also accompanied postnonclassical paradigm of scientific knowledge and education, such semiotics stipulation of common life world that increasingly depends on communicative rationality. 2. Identity and self-actualization. At the core of the deployment of modern forms of identity are: cultural orientation at the prevailing person's free self-actualization in particular extreme, metaphysical anthropocentrism, when religious forms of identity compete with secular and parareligious ones. There is a substantial transformation of understanding people, their self and consciousness. Man should not be considered in terms of its "natural essence", but as an idea of man, essential features of which depend on the contextuality of interpretation and perception of such basic conditions of existence, which are determined by the exercise of freedom, democracy, consumption and reproduction of power and resources, human and civil rights. In the world and Ukraine remains relevant humanitarian, civic and political movement around issues of national and ethnic identities, but becomes more obvious direction for civil-type identity. 3. Rational practice and irrational motives. The problems of rational and irrational philosophy paradigms are defined in aspects of their interaction and impact on the intellectual, cultural, social and epistemological search in the twentieth century. It was found that the widespread definition of philosophy in Ukraine concerning its irrationalism interpreted largely inadequate to its modern understanding, and should be supplemented terminological extension in terms of distinguishing rational, irrational, and nonrational outlook. The development of communicative paradigm of philosophy based on the communicative pragmatics and its implementation in the ethics of responsibility is clarified; it is also noticed about virtualization features of education in the context of globalization, and made the comparison of ontological concepts of Eastern philosophy on its approach to knowledge and awareness and influence on European ontology 19-20 centuries. The group demonstrated of the Orientalism phenomenon as connected with point of transcendence view of man in modern anthropological philosophy; the changes in gender patterns of thinking and behavior influenced by social and cultural transformations taking place in postmodern culture were also analyzed.
