Object is a modern financial and management problems of business. The purpose of research is theoretical jus-tification and political framework of financial entities, development of financial management processes of the finan-cial performance of individual sectors of the economy of Ukraine. Methods: abstract logical (theoretical generaliza-tions and forming conclusions), Statistics and Economics (analysis of the current state and the allocation of factors in-fluencing the development of the national economy). Generalized research results is to develop guidelines for the Es-tablishment of financial management processes of financial services in Ukraine. Scientific novelty of the research lies in the justification of the theoretical, political and legal framework of financial entities; proof that a basic condition for the effective functioning of a market economy is a qualitatively high level of development of its institutional struc-ture, the development of financial management processes of financial performance in terms of integration of national financial system in the world community.
