A research object is problems of Eurasian labour migration. The aim of work are work of teoretical and methodological principles and making of scientifically reasonable methodology of adjusting of problems of Eurasian labour migration. Research methods are a dialectical method of cognition, fundamental analysis, retrospective analysis and method of argumentation; methods of strategic analysis, abstractly-logical, analysis of the systems, tabular-graphic methods, monographic, cross-correlation and regressive analysis, methods of grouping, index method, inductions and deductions. Results of C&R introduction in the educational process of ТNЕU. Basic scientific results: a requirement specification is worked out, neat and home and foreign literature is worked out; the analysis of scientific researches is conducted on this subjects; foreign experience is analysed from adjusting of international labour migration; the choice of directions, teoretical and methodological approaches and research tool is carried out; methodical recommendations are worked out in relation to introduction of mechanisms of adjusting of labour migration in the conditions of tectonic changes of world economy
