Ushynskyy popup.description2 Реферат (англійською мовою): Object: professional training of the future pre-school pedagogues at an institute of higher education. The aim of the research covers the theoretical-and-methodological grounding alongside with the experimental research of the organizational-and-pedagogical factors facilitating the efficiency of the future pedagogues' personal development as specialists in the process aimed at preparing the above trainees for professional activity, as well as the study of the effect which models of educational process organization can make on the process of professional self-determination; the elaboration herewith of pedagogical technologies aimed at future pedagogues training at higher school. Research methods: the analysis methods of literary sources (historical, comparative, retrospective) are used in order to identify the conceptual-categorial apparatus, compare and contrast different views on the problem investigated in this respect, consider theoretical issues; the empirical methods: prognostic (expert evaluation), diagnostic (survey, opinion poll, testing), observation methods (observation, introspection, self-evaluation, reflection); pedagogical experiment - in order to identify the efficiency of the pedagogical technologies and methods facilitating the development of a pedagogue; the quantitative and qualitative analysis of the empiric data (statistical data manipulation, correlative, factorial, regress analysis and others) - in order to verify the results of the research. Scientific novelty. For the first time the main investigation lines and methodological approaches to the study of the future pedagogue professional development within the training process at an institute of higher education are theoretically grounded; the organizational principles and the contents of the person-oriented pedagogical technology of the future pedagogue professional development are revealed; the tendencies and regularity of the future pedagogue personal development within the process aimed at mastering professional activity are specified; the methodical support of the future pedagogue professional development within the process of mastering disciplines which comprise the Pedagogical cycle are elaborated. Practical value. The results of the research can be used by lecturers working at pedagogical educational institutions of all accreditation levels which train and retrain future specialists; the above results can also be of use when elaborating curricula and innovative educational courses which involve informational communicative technologies.
