When performing research work "Development of technical documentation and production of experimental samples of temperature sensors" it was developed outline engineering documentation on a compact high-stability temperature sensor on a basis of high resistance layers of silicon carbide of 1-3 mkm thickness. Experimental batch of compact temperature sensor based on nano-structured layers of high resistance silicon carbide on sapphire. The study of electrical parameters of the sensors manufactured is performed.
