Description

The aim of this work is metrological factors improving for radiomeasuring temperature converters, namely noise-stability, sensitivity, measurement accuracy, technologically compatible to a microelectronic element base. The research object is a temperature transformation into a frequency signal, that requires developing of radiomeasuring microelectronic frequency converterss with improved metrological characteristics. The research subject is static and dynamic characteristics of the radiomeasuring microelectronic temperature converters bases on reactive properties of semiconductor structures with negative resistance.
