Object of research: Organic heterocyclic compounds as potential medicinal products. Purpose: development of innovative means of pharmacological influence on the pathological synchronization of neural networks of the brain, which underlie epileptic seizures of different etiologies. With the use of complex modeling of regulators, taking into account the structure of the potential target, and the task for the synthesis of the simulated compounds, three new compounds - inhibitors of proton-sensitive channels of ASICs, namely: 2 dichloric baryadecarboxydiimines and fluorine-containing carboxydimin, were synthesized.
