Object of study: rats with burns, cell-based and non-cellular preparations based on cultured human cells of the 4BL line. Purpose: to determine the optimal storage conditions for cell-based and non-cellular drugs based on cultured human cells of the 4BL line and to study the content of VEGF, NGF, MMP2 and HIF1? in the blood of animals with a burn disease under the influence of treatment with cell-free and cell-based preparations based on mild hydrogel and cell line human 4BL. Methods of research: pathophysiological, biochemical. The report describes the optimal storage conditions for cell-based and non-cellular drugs based on cultured human cells of the 4BL line and specifies a number of requirements for the technology of their production. Directions of further improvement of preparations are determined. The effectiveness of both drugs for the treatment of thermal burn injuries on the model of burn disease in the Wistar rats has been confirmed. It has been established that in all animals treated with drugs based on human cells of the 4BL line and its derivatives, there was a statistically significant decrease in the content of regulatory proteins of MMP2 and HIF1? almost to the level inherent in healthy animals, which may indicate an earlier completion of the first phase of the wound healing process: degradation of the extracellular matrix, epithelial-mesenchymal transit, cell migration.
