As a result of the study, it was found that test compounds of calix [4] C-145 arenas slightly increase the adhesion characteristics of tumor cells in a spheroid culture. Transition of cells to substrate-dependent growth is considered to be a measure of antitumor effect on spheroid culture. According to the data of the adhesive test, the percentage of attached cells increases by 1.2 times in response to the calix [4] C-145 arena against control.
