Object of research: indicators of morphogenesis of 3D cultures of tumor cells of the MCF-7 mammary gland cancer. Objective: To assess the effect of Calix [4] on the C-145 arena and its modified components: a fragment of mM312 kDa and a sulfur-modified form of calix [tia4] arena C-145S on morphological functional characteristics of cells of 3D cultures of tumor cell cultures MCF-7 mammary gland Methods of research: methods of culture of cells, determination of growth characteristics of steroid culture, morphological analysis. As a result of the study, it was found that test compounds of calix [4] C-145 arenas slightly increase the adhesion characteristics of tumor cells in a spheroid culture. Transition of cells to substrate-dependent growth is considered to be a measure of antitumor effect on spheroid culture. According to the data of the adhesive test, the percentage of attached cells increases by 1.2 times in response to the calix [4] C-145 arena against control. The sizes of spheroids for 4 daily cultivation with Kalix [4] in the C-145 arena are smaller than in the control.
