The updating of a method of a reflective training - practical work as organisational form of initiating and facilitating "groups of quality " the recommendations concerning the agreements on the personal development of the employee is developed. Object of a research is the organisational culture (ОК), purpose is to define psychological mechanisms both methods of development and increase of efficiency concerning mission of the enterprise. Theoretical outcomes: the model of correlation professional and personal of a potential of the employees - ОК carriers and ОК consumers - with a structure of management and parallel informal structure - movement "groups of quality " on the basis of the concept of a reflective event is constructed. Practical res ults: motivation of the employees is increased, conditioning for reingeniring promoted. The criterions and conditions of introduction of methods of psychological maintenance of organisational culture on the basis of the group reflection concept are suggested.
