Розроблена математична модель, яка описує зміну ємності від кількості адсорбованої водяної пари ємнісного давача гребінцевої структури на основі розчинів гігроскопічних солей NaCl, BaCl2. Проведені експериментальні дослідження залежності ємності даного давача від відносної вологості навколишнього середовища, які показали, що розбіжність теоретичних і експериментальних кривих складає +-5 %
A mathematical model is developed that describes the change in capacity from the amount of adsorbed water vapor of the capacitive scanner comb based on solutions of hygroscopic salts NaCl, BaCl2.
