Correlation between electrophysical properties and phase composition of titanium thin films. The phase composition, crystal structure and electrophysical properties of films of the Ti after annealing to 920 K are investigated. Is shown, that on temperature dependence of resistivity the features related to processes of an oxidation in thin film samples are represented, and the oxidation temperature is dimensional dependent. У роботі досліджено фазовий склад, кристалічну структуру та електрофізичні властивості плівок титану після термообробки до 920 K. Показано, що на температурній залежності питомого опору мають місце особливості, пов`язані із процесами окислення у плівкових зразках, а температура окислення плівок є розмірно-залежною.
