З метою вивчення стану профілактики тромбоемболічних ішемічних інсультів у осіб із фібриляцією передсердь були проаналізовані історії хвороби пацієнтів, які знаходились на лікуванні у відділенні судинної неврології Ужгородської центральної міської клінічної лікарні з діагнозом інсульту в 2007-2008 роках. Встановлено, що однією з причин високої частоти тромбоемболічних інсультів (27% всіх та 46% ішемічних інсультів) у м. Ужгород є неналежна антитромботична терапія хворих із фібриляцією передсердь. Тільки 23,3% з них отримували антикоагулянти, тільки 5,2% – контролювали адекватність їх дози.

With the purpose of study of the state of prevention of thromboembolic ischemic stroke at patients with atrial fibrillation, the history of patients, which were treated in the vascular neurology department of the Central City Hospital of Uzhgorod with the diagnosis of stroke in 2007-2008 years, have been analysed. It was discovered that one of the reasons of high environment of thromboembolic stroke (27% of all and 46% of ischemic strokes) in Uzhgorod is inadequate antithrombotic therapy of patients with atrial fibrillation. Only 23,3% of them got anticoagulants, and only at 5,2% of patients the adequacy of its dosage was controlled.
